The 27th annual National Night of Prayer for Life begins in the chapel at 9:00pm on Thursday, December 8 and concludes at 1:00am on Friday, December 9. The National Night of Prayer for Life is a prayer service consisting of adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, the holy rosary, Divine Mercy chaplet, litanies, and silent prayer. It was on the feast of the Immaculate Conception (then celebrated on December 9) that Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas and the unborn, first appeared to St. Juan Diego. The National Night of Prayer for Life bridges these two feasts to honor Our Blessed Mother, and prays through her intercession for the establishment of a culture of life, protection of the Church from persecution, and the revival of our land. All are invited to participate! For more information, please call Dawn at 845-325-4823.
